Spectator Random Pauses Since Last Patch (reddit link inside and VoDs)

This bug is clearly described in the link attached, as well as VoDs showing exactly these issues happening.
TL/DR: spectating seems to put you on rift before the players. random pauses occur which simulate lagging. longer pauses seem to always be followed by talks of lag and also players DCing.
