ERROR

My LoL client gets bugged after i finish 1 game and i reque for a new game, evry time i lose the que and i get blocked for 5 min or more, it happents many time, sometines i get error on Champions Pick i did send bug evry time but didnt fix. Please help me out I am Full of this error.! Thank you.
