[GAMEPLAY] Zilean Bug - His passive triggers E

I've experienced a Bug with Zilean . It occurs once or twice per game since some patches.

As soon as you try to level up an ally, Zilean sometimes casts his E (Time Warp) on himself instead of giving the experience. It happens rather when he's just in range of an ally to cast his passive but also at close contact. Thats the main Problem.

Additional to that, his passive-ability is always shown as "in-range"(with the yellow arrows pointing to an ally) as he's just in range to do that, but if you click the allied champion, Zilean interrupts the process and you have to cast it again in closer range.
