[GAMEPLAY] Nasus Q Performing Slowly

For some reason there are times when i would perform his Q and the attack animation would slow down tremendously, and sometimes will lock up to where i cant do anything until the animation stops. This would make it to where normally it would just happen to Nasus slow motion the attack to where it takes 3 seconds. It was happening randomly when ever i double click my target, but now its happening for single clicks and more frequently now. It now happens at least 3 times when ever I play a game, and it's negatively impacting my game as it happens at the worst times when I'm in a duel or team fights. Other times I become a sitting duck.
