Pantheon Bug -- Unable to Attack/Cast Spells after W skill (Videos Included)

There is a pretty big bug involving Pantheon using his W skill on champions only to have it NOT stun them and disabling Pantheon from preforming any autos/spells. This may have some relation to the WW ult bug where he is also unable to cast spells after ulting.
