If that doesn't work try my fix.
Run the LolPatcher in C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_patcher\releases\0.0.0.50\deploy
If you uninstalled or deleted the files, you can restore right clicking on your C: Drive and restore your folders from a previous date using "previous version"
