[CRASH] Crash on loading screen failed to load Resource DLL

Unable to reproduce on demand.

1. Open and log in to League.
2. Start ARAM game.
3. Game goes to loading screen.
4. CRASH
5. Game would not reconnect / reopen - client kept flashing black, could not do anything.
6. Restart computer, client behaves normally, connect to game, get reported for AFK.
