Attack move on cursor non-functional for some champions [gameplay]

So I noticed a weird bug relating to attack move. In the settings, there's an option to enable/disable attack move on cursor so that attack move either prioritizes the target nearest my champion or where I clicked. I've tested this option on Lucian and Ashe, and for some reason, it only works on Ashe. Lucian always behaves as if attack move on cursor is disabled. I don't know which champions it does or does not work for other than these two, but if you ask me, this seems like a major issue. This is easily repeatable, and I've tried it multiple times.
