Ekko visual bug

I was laning against Ekko the other day, and noticed a bug. Me and a minion wave were approaching his outer turret. He was walking towards us, and was roughly near his inner turret (so he was off screen, in fog of war). His shadow/echo briefly appeared next to me.

SR. I was on Blue side. Playing either Malz or Dinger, can't quite remember.

I have honestly seen instances of that bug happen ever since he was released. I was just asking a friend of mine about it and a curiosity driven google search led me to your post.
