Weird bug while gifting snowball icons

"ERROR_CREATING_FFG_ACCOUNT_NICKNAME" I'm getting this error when I try to gift one of my friends the new snowball icon, but I can gift my other friends just fine, any ideas?

Your friend_ may_ have reached their gifting limit for the day - we'll look into it!
