Game Crashed Suddenly...

After loading into a Ranked Game and turning off the Arcade mode in video settings, I proceeded to play for approximately 10 minutes and all of the sudden the game froze and said "Attempting to Reconnect". I waited to see if it reconnected on it's own which it didn't so I immediately checked to see if my internet was down, which it was not. I left the game, attempting to manually reconnect but instead I was welcomed by a frozen screen that resembled the pre-login screen with the League emblem in the middle; no options to reconnect, cancel, re-log or anything. I force closed the client and when I relogged back in, my ability to reconnect was gone and I was just back to the normal Home screen. Please tell me you can either look into this or at least not penalize me for this as it was clearly a server sided error. Thank you.
