Windows 10 - Summoner's Rift - Can't Click

I just upgraded my machine to Windows 10 and now I can't left click or right click when I play a League Game... I might just end up reverting to Windows 7 but it would be great if this bug could be fixed.

I have Windows 10 and it runs fine. Make sure all your drivers and whatnot are updated

use that search thingy near the windows menu to find windows update. update everything.

It comes up as "Check for Updates"

I have Windows 10, and know several people who have Windows 10, and none of us have mouse issues while playing League.

What type of mouse is it? Try unplugging it and plugging it back in, maybe Windows will detect new drivers for it on it's own. If not, if you have another mouse around the house, try that one and see if it works.
