Very High Ping problems on Windows 10 [V 9.2] 500+ each game

To preface this I run on Windows 10 and play on the EU West region.

Hello, so, I've been playing League for a couple of weeks now. When I first started games would go to really high ping (between 7k-12k) at around the 12-15 minute mark, I'd disconnect and reconnect a few times and then after a couple of minutes I'd reconnect with 60ms all through the game, apart from the 12-15 minute mark, no worries. However over the last 5 days or so, I've had 500ms+ in every single game, when I go near minions or fights my ping goes up to 3000ms+. I've lost one of my ARURF victory games because of being disconnected due to this lag, and a couple of normal games. It's now also having what I like to call 'Lag sessions' between the 4-10 and 17-25 minute mark.

I've gone through several different troubleshoots but to no avail. I have changed my DNS, Deleted the XBox app, disabled all proxy's and VPN's of any kind and enabled League through the Firewall. None of this has helped. I have only my computer connected to the internet when I play, no one else uses the internet whilst I'm playing either. I normally run on 60ms in games like I've said, but since the new patch has come out these lag spikes have been happening more and more.

I've read up on other people having these problems but they were posts from a couple of years ago. Nothing seems to work and it just keeps getting worse, I don't want to play any ARURF games in case I disconnect but I really want to play ARURF and get the points and tokens for the event. This is an unfortunate predicament and if anyone knows how to rectify it, it'd be greatly appreciated!
