When Tahm Kench uses his w on the wolf in his jungle and when he throw it at the mid lane, he can smite it at the middle of the lane or on his other side of his jungle, then he will have the wolf buff but in the enemy side OF the jungle. It's been a long time that the bug is un the game but it still hasn't been fixed.

Syndra can do it too.
Its intended. I'm pretty sure Riot have confirmed this as a hidden interaction that they approve of and has existed since the new jg came out. Syndra is the easiest champion to proc this, but you can do it with an Alistar headbutt into Blitz hook flash combo too. You could probably too it with the Balista combo too I guess, but I haven't actually seen that in action
