[CLIENT] Missing Icons?

Howdy.

Decided to do some digging about the poro icon with the birthday hat, and couldn't find it anywhere within the game client. Went to the boards to see if there was anything there, and I think I might not have it for some reason.

I originally made my account back when Final Boss Veigar was released (so ~4 years ago) and I acquired the Riot Kayle skin back in 2015. Not sure why I didn't get that icon, maybe I wasn't eligible, but any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated!
