Negative 10% CDR on Draven

Edit: NVM. Its a bug with Mirage Blade. Bought another Mirage Blade in Brawlers and got a -10% CDR. Is it supposed to do that?

Weird bug that I got on the new Brawler's game mode.

I have both Essence Reaver and a Brutalizer which should give me 20% and drop Draven's axe CD to 6.4 CD (8 sec at max rank - [8 * 0.20] = 6.4) but instead it drops to only 7.2 seconds which is only 10% (as shown in his stat bar). This was true for all his abilities.

I only have one screenshot cuz Im a scrub and thought Print Screen would save the screenshots in a separate folder before remembering it only saved to the most recent screen grab.

The other pictures were going to show how it displayed 10% CDR WITHOUT any CDR items and then 0% CDR with Essence Reaver then finally followed by the screenshot that is attached.

When I had no CDR items, it increased the Q cooldown to 8.8 seconds which means it is possible to get negative CDR in the game. (lol)

Not sure how to reproduce it. Might just be a one time thing.
