LeBlanc clone bug? keep it.

LeBlancs passive stealths her and brings out a clone with a 60 sec cd. So every so often a clone pops out of me but i don't stealth, but this is after the original proc. It feels like theres a small cooldown on a clone just popping out when damaged below 40% but it doesnt grant stealth till the 60 sec cd is up. I love this, it allows me to move my clone around more for body blocking, and deception. Its great, adds to her skillcap, makes her more fun, and unique
