Warwick Bug with new Patience System

I was recently playing a game as warwick and when i hit 1.17 or 1.71 attack speed, i encountered a problem when attacking and standing right next to a jungle creep. Their patience would fall to zero and the monster/s would reset. Not long later they surrendered to i couldn't test it out more. Anyone have any ideas?

Just did, the same thing happened, took a few attempts but it eventually bugged out again.
