Voice Chat... bad programming

You are allowed to choose your microphone but not your voice output device. If you have a separate "Default" headphone and a "Default Communications" headphone as per literally anyone with an IP phone... you cannot hear anything unless you change your default communication device to the headset you have as your default device. This is significantly less than ideal and needs to be addressed with a menu choice option.
