This game is totally unbalanced

I'm playing tanks but when I was against Rumble he delt so much dmg from his flamethrower when I was only in it for only 1 second and he delt me half a health of dmg. And for some reason Tahm Kench deals from Q 2 auto attacks and W 1000 dmg on level 4 like WTF Riot ?
