Sivir bug with "Fervor of Battle" [Gameplay]

If your w "Ricochet" hits a minion and then hits a champion it wont add fervor stacks (1 per champion hit), but if it hits a champion then it applies a stack.

To see/reproduce bug activate w and hit a minion with a champion in it when it hits the champion it will not stack, but if you hit a champion first with her w activated it will produce a stack from that champion. This isn't "Game changing" but it does stop a little bit of sivir's damage.

Other masteries may not work with ricochet. If anyone wants to test it for me I'd appreciate it. Thank you in advance!
