Mordekaiser's Q ability glitched

Mord is bugged again when I use his ultimate ability then proceed to use his fundamental ability that gives him damage which is his Q. It ends up dealing no damage and shield doesn't build as well since mordekaiser dealt no damage. This only gives mordekaiser his passive , W and E which gives him a very huge disadvantage against other champions. Why did you touch him again every time dev's touch him they break something else on him......
