Since I installed the new OSX Mojave on my mac the mic on LoL is not working. Checking in the System Preferences the Mic works fine but in the client and in game (even with the mic test) the app shows it has no input at all.

“Terminal.app” would like to access the microphone.Voice should now work, but I strongly suggest to test it in a coop game or similar, to make sure that everything is ok. Steps 5 and 6 should only be needed the first time (unless you reset your settings). Steps 1 to 4 will be needed whenever you want to start LoL. If the client updates, I would suggest you to close it and run through steps 1-5.

- Copy and paste the following into Terminal, and press enter after each: 2.1 cd '/Applications/League of Legends.app/Contents/LoL/' 2.2 ./LeagueClient.app/Contents/MacOS/LeagueClient 2.3 League should now open after running 2.2 command
- Sign in as per usual
- Go to Settings>Voice within LoL 4.1 A Mac popup window should display asking for Terminal to use your Microphone; select Yes
- Enjoy!

Myself already opened a Bug request, and they said they cannot offer an ETA, thats why i'm having windows 10 with Bootcamp running flawlessly on my Mac Pro. While Mojave sits untouched. :)
You cannot get it fixed unless using for now Discord or anything 3rd party for a voice chat. Meanwhile for those of you with deeper experience in Mac, you could easily install dual boot windows 10, and have this as a temporary solution until the issues is resolved for Mojave OS.

Nice ! It seems to works for me too. With this thread I create a script to run this 2 steps just by double-clic on a icon on my desk.
I just finished making my own folder and for those wondering what it should look like i get 5 lines
"#! /bin/bash
cd ~/Desktop
mkdir LOLWorkingMicFile.command
cd '/Applications/League of Legends.app/Contents/LoL/'
./LeagueClient.app/Contents/MacOS/LeagueClient"
(don't forget not to copy the " " " at the beginning and at the end, it's the only way to get the hashtag in) (LOLWorkingMicFile.command is the name of the file that contains these 5 lines and it is located on my desktop) (I suck at all this btw xD)

Doing this will make the client ask for microphone access and Voice will be enabled. You need to do this every time you need to start the client so it's definitely not the best solution but it works. Hope Riot actually fixes this.

Well, this is a bit hard to do for non shell friendly users, I though of a bypass for this issue... don't know if this works, I'll give it a try soon, but I think just installing League Friends do the job.
