[GAMEPLAY] Evelynn - Passive not working until after first jungle wave
On Evelynn, at the start of the game her passive isn't always working properly. She remains visible, and appears exactly as she would when her passive is on cooldown. While I was experiencing this bug, I have asked my fellow teammates how Eveylnn appeared to them (hoping it was just a visual bug on my end) but have been told time and time again that I am in fact completely visible. After clearing the first jungle camp, or dying to the enemy team, her passive will kick into effect and work properly throughout the remainder of the game.
- Start up a new game
- Buy items
- Notice you're not invisible and shed a small tear
This happens in about 1 out of 5 games, but I have had days where it occurred game after game. One day it was happening with such consistency that I was starting to think she was patched to work this way.

As an Eveylnn main it is extremely frustrating to have to deal with the inconsistency of this bug. I am forced to change my gameplay according to whether or not the passive is working. When her passive isn't working, level 1 invades are near impossible, and I've gotten caught out many times by the enemy team for assuming my character was working as intended.
