[Bug] Devourer stacks aren't increased properly
Devourer only increases by 1 when killing red/blue buffs

If you read the tool tip, it says:
+1 stack for Champions (kills and assists) and Large Monsters +2 stacks for Rift Scuttlers +5 stacks for Epic Monsters
Red and blue buff are classified as Large Monsters, so they're meant to only give one stack.
