Champ Select showing no champions

https://i.imgur.com/T2iISXQ.png just as the title suggests there were no champs i could pick during this select phase, neither in bans or pick preview, also i couldn't see my team's bans EDIT: https://i.imgur.com/jVwHxdP.png not a one time thing, guess the game is unplayable for me until it's fixed, tried reparing patch and nothing happened
