Skin Load Error (Patch 4.21)

I have had multiple instances where my pre-defaulted skin does not load or the skin I have selected as had a 50% chance to load; either way, I keep getting defaulted with the main skin and this is becoming an annoyance. I'm sure there are plenty of players that can agree with this statement.

Now I have nothing wrong with Riot Games. I've always held them in good regard and this won't stop me from enjoying or supporting Riot. The issue, I'm sure, has been noticed and not ignored by the devs; so what's going on?

If any Riot devs do read this post, please try to address and fix the issue.
