Several kennen and aclient bug

With adaptive damage, visually itll say i had both the AD and AP (so for kennen once i bought a dorans sword, I got the AD but shows i still have the AP despite not having it. not game breaking)

Empowered w will also have a permanent icon showing its active even when it is not.

Client when game starts would go away but the game wouldn't start. Consistent bug that has happened for months and still not fixed.
