Vi's R with Morg E still bugged

Basically if a Morg blackshields someone on their way up on Vi's ult, Vi will come down for the slam but the target will be CC'd for like twice the duration before the game realizes that it messed up and resets them.

• Ult someone as vi
• Have morg shield them when Vi reaches them but before the slam down
• Target goes sky-high (i'm guessing the slam down is coded as another CC effect)
