[Game} Fiora bugg, no heal when enemy dies

Hello,

My last game and the game before I've played Fiora. When I want to ult on a single enemy whe ult works fine, but when I ult in teamfight and the enemy dies we get mostly no heal. I've no foto's etc because it goes to fast. but I wanted to inform you guys.
