I was in champion select (ranked flex) when my power went off for like 2 sec , then when i got in LoL i got a message saying that im banned for 5 matches 20 min beacuse i left too many matches , sometimes my game crashes at champion select for no reason.

you get that from afking/dodging alot not just 1 time
and if your power went out and you afk/dodged then you correctly punished

Technically, you are not who that mechanic is geared towards, but it also is preventing you from becoming apart of the group of users who that mechanic is geared towards.

Xurreal2 votesNP. If your game is crashing like that in champion select then you may need to do a little bit of maintenance on your League setup.
Earlier this year, right around the time 8.10 patch cycle, I got hit with a few penalties for leaving games and being afk in champion select. I brought it to support to try to get the penalty removed. That turned into a file investigation where I discovered 2 separate issues slowing down my computer's performance.
The more major issue was that my LoL directory had grown a few gigs in size due to natural play without periodic cleanup. So I ran through supports' directions, and eventually, all problems were solved. (they even solved an issue i had with whole other video game on my pc).
Definitely worth your time.
