Sett Problems

After playing Sett a few times its obvious that the champ needs a hotfix or must be disabled. Sett's W goes behind him and the ultimate bug to where it attaches you to the player is still in this game. As well as his E doing stupid damage or no damage. something needs to be done about it immediately.
