Launcher Bug Splat ("Unknown Error")
I've played one match in 5.5, which was 2 days ago. Today, I opened my client, only to see the feared "bug splat". It continuously bug splats every time I attempt to open the client, and I've tried fixing it by doing, well, everything. I mean literally everything. Deleting the LoL Launcher folder from the directories, deleting various other files (common fixes for common problems, via google searches), restarting computer, attempting to run in compatibility modes/administrator, searching through the logs for causes of said bug splats, etc. etc. Hence the title, "Unknown Error"; that is the message within my logs for errors.
All it says is that an unknown error occurred, and it states my computer specifications; nothing more, nothing less. I would greatly appreciate help from anyone, as to how I can potentially fix this issue. I have not attempted to re-install the game, as I've done that in the past (similar problem as above) and it took me about 4 hours in total. I'd rather not occupy my internet usage for four hours straight when there can (and should) be a fix for this problem. Occasionally I get the message "PVP.net Kernel error" (or something of the sort) instead of the bug splat; either of them still prevent me from being able to play the game.
