Not Earning Hextech Rewards! [CLIENT]

I have played several games where teammates earned chests in which I earned an S ranking and yet I received no chests. I have no received a single reward chest other than the default one everyone got upon patch update. screen shot of my 4 available chests and last 2 games where I received S rankings.

I dont know where to post this bug but this seems to be the correct place. The client does not offer any option to submit tickets. This is incredibly frustrating and I hope to get a fix or at least hear back from someone from support soon.
