Lag of upwards 1000 ping then stays at 500 for the rest of the game

First off, this is seriously getting on my nerves and there is no decent response from anyone at riot. Ever since the recent patches, I keep getting disconnected from games CONSTANTLY, using the ping feature the pings gets absurdly high (25000 once) and then suddenly drops to 500. It then stays there for the entire duration of the game unless I reboot the game by quitting. Can I please get a red response because I'm not getting losses forgiven for an issue that's on your end.

*Edit: I know it's not a problem with my connection because I CAN SEE THE PLAYERS KILL ME. My connection is perfectly fine and the fact that this is a recurring thing and that the ping stays at specifically 500 indicates that it's an issue specific to the game
