Problems with Statikk Shiv

I was with Master YI in Custom Game to test the new jungle and I realized that my Stattik Shiv was 100% charged but nothing happened . I sold it, bought it back and it resolved the problem, but after few "100%" it occured again. In an other game, I bought it with Graves and everything went well, so I think it might have a link with YI, the Devourer or maybe the jungle buffs.
