Summoner Rift beta Tier 2 and 3/jung

Well me and few friend playing the new rift and and the tier two towers and nexus one's are not doing the beam damage properly seems they are still abiding by the penetrating shots passive instead of what you guys at riot wanted to do, Also seems that devour stacks are not really doing itself justice like how farel flare use to do.
