Game Breaking Bug

I've recently been getting stuck inside enemy champions to the point where I cannot move but I can attack, it's gotten to the point where I would've gotten away no problem but I end up dying in a 1v4. The most recent case of this happening was in my last match as Udyr when the enemy Master Yi Q's into me, I then get STUCK inside of the master yi and his teammates end up coming in. What would've been an easy red steal ended up being a death. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me.
