[Gameplay] Veigar + Ludens + Q/Baleful strike - No additional AP for minions killed by Luden's

With Luden's Echo essentially being a static shiv for AP, I figured it would behave like the Gangplank shiv interaction where if he kills a target with shiv, it gives him additional gold. Unfortunately in testing this does not seem to be the case. I have uploaded a video showing the issue.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Be Veigar
2. Get Ludens
3. Weaken a minion next to the minion you are about to hit with Q.
4. Check +AP on Q
5. Q minion next to ancillary minion
6. Luden's proc hits and kills ancillary minon
7. Do not gain AP for the ancillary minion.

I am not sure if this should work or not, but figured I would get some clarification of the issue. It seemed like something that should work in the spirit of this being a Shiv like item.
