Poppy stops auto attacking and loses target

Quite repeatedly in games, I'm having an issue with Poppy just losing her target and just standing there. I cant tell you how many times this has screwed over an easy kill in the past few games with her. More often then not, she loses her target right after I use E. Doesnt matter if its a monster, minion, or champion, sometimes I'll E to whatever and she will just sit there afterwards not autoattacking and allowing whoever to get away. Please take a look at this, its hard enough trying to lane with her, thanks

I play Poppy exclusively and this isn't a bug. What's happening is whenever you're engaging you are click-moving somewhere NEAR your target and after you E she will either A.) Freeze and not attack as you say or B.) she will walk to your click-move spot and also stop attacking. This "bug" is solved by attack-moving instead of click-moving.

I think this is a bug. I have also noticed the same thing. I've never had this happen before on poppy and i've noticed it for the first time today. Can riot member comment on this?
