Nunu Skins Missing

Before Nunu was reworked on live I was gifted by my friend two Nunu skins, TPA and I believe demolisher. Seemingly after the rework the two skins are no longer in my skins list and would have to be purchased again. I don't know if this was a bug or something that had occurred on purpose so I felt compelled to write it here in the forums. The friends name was on his old account named Zallton. I just want the issue resolved as I feel it was a waste of his money for the skins to then be missing. (It was also through mystery gifting just to state.)
