4k Resolution Troubles- Floating Text making game unplayable

Riot Please. This is my first thread so I will just start off by saying thank you. I have been playing this game for a long time and it has brought my friend group very close because we always have something to do together. That being said, I just got a new laptop to play the game even better. I bought a 4k because I thought the game would look amazing on this device. Unfortunately, the screen is all messed up with floating text and truly the game becomes unplayable. Does anyone know if there is something I can do to fix this? I have seen other threads about this exact same problem and there are no solutions that I know of yet other than basically changing every feature on the computer and restarting it from scratch every time you wanna play a game of league. Does anyone know any solutions? We need to let riot know about this.
