[GAMEPLAY] & [CLIENT] Project: Akali splash art and VFX missing

During Champion Select, i couldn't select a skin for Akali, but have Project: Akali as the last one i picked Ingame, every VFX from akali is missing, and she is in her Base Skin And by every VFX i mean every, animation. Her skills still work, but are invisible All 10 players in my last game had this Visual Bug
