loading screen for game

i joined a game but it put me in the loading screen for 10 minutes then closed out and i got leaver buster from that. everyone was loaded in but it said error this game is no longer running but i never got put in the actual game.is there a bug where it wont put you in the game but keep you in the loading screen? Can you please fix this or look at it please
