Kled ult is busted

Every time Kled gets close to me with his ult, he just freezes. Then teleports on top of me, giving me no time to flash away. I don't think this is a computer thing, other people have this problem, I think this is a coding problem. This really needs to be fixed, because it just makes Kled ult so it has very little way of avoiding it.
