Illaoi is Buggy [Gameplay]

well i just got illaoi the other day and the 2 games that played with her they were buggy. she would appear one spot then to anther instantly(wasnt me i have 55Fps and 70 ping). Also her E I would pull somone and and they would either run away or i would destory the spirit but then they wouldnt turn in to the vessel
