I have been "kicked from my party" when soloing

I currently have a low-priority leaverbuster and everytime the 20 minutes are up, instead of queuing it say ive been kicked from party and restarting the queue. It says after that i cant even make a lobby, but I don't think ive done anything for me to stop playing league. Plz help ;-;
