Jhin's passive bug

Jihn's fourth shot does not proc the bonus percent damage of target's missing health. I noticed this when i was trying to kill dragon. Jihn's forth shot is an execute and has dragon's health gets low it does more than smite as a crt and an additional 15/20/25% when dragon's health is less than 1.5k at 25 mins with er/rfc or ie/rfc. The bonus damage does not exclude minions or jungle creeps as it does "% of target's missing health".
