permanent ban

today when i tried to login and play. i was prompted with a notice. I have been permanently banned for the use of 3rd party software. i dint use any other software and i have been playing for years. i have invested a lot of time and money into league. i have had no short term bans or have i ever received even a warning. Riot didn't even give me a chance to fight ageist this ban or provide me with any information about what alleged software i have been using. What my question is , is there a way i can contact riot to get more information, as i refuse to start a new account and LOL is my all time favorite game ! also its not like my rank is all that good
