League of legends crashes constantly around 9:00 pacific time zone

I have been crashing in rank games during the night time on weekdays. It would start off as 500 ping and attempting to reconnect. Then I leave the game, and after that, I try to reconnect. I would get into the loading screen and at 100 percent, it would close and bring me back to the reconnect screen. I know this isn't my internet because all my other things that require internet is working(skype, chrome, raidcall). Please help find a solution???
